The Rustic Bean is a warm, inviting cafe that offers a selection of gourment coffees, handcrafted lattes, freshly baked
pastries, and wholesome breakfast options.
Project Brief
Create a cohesive brand identity that reflects our rustic charm and welcoming atmosphere. The project includes
developing a distinctive logo, color palette, and typography, along with sustainable packaging design for takeaway cups and bakery items, print design for menus, flyers, and in-store signage, and social media design to maintain a consistent online presence. The overall look should feel authentic, cozy, and refined, inviting customers to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of good coffee and good company.
Design Decision
Inspired by the caféʼs rustic charm and surrounded by natural foliage, the color palette was chosen to bring warmth and
authenticity to the brand. The logo features a stylized coffee bean subtly shaped like a leaf, highlighting the caféʼs
organic and eco-friendly values. This approach creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere while reinforcing sustainability through thoughtful packaging. Overall, the design balances rustic elegance with a connection to nature, making the brand feel both authentic and welcoming.
